For single items or small collections:
Please contact us by telephone, by email, or by simply using the form to the left. We will typically ask you for details regarding your item(s), and ask for photos to be sent to us, either by email, by postal mail, or by attaching them to the form, in order to evaluate your items for auction. You may also make an appointment with us to bring your items to us for an evaluation in person.
For large items or large collections:
Please contact us by telephone, by email, or by using the form to the left to arrange for an evaluation at your home or office. Before meeting, we will typically ask you for details regarding your item(s) and ask for photos to be sent to us, either by email, by postal mail, or by attaching them to the form below.
Once we have sufficiently examined your items, we will determine if your items are suitable for auction at Oakridge Auction Gallery. If your items are suitable, we will provide you with both a low and a high pre-auction estimate for each item we are considering. If you agree to consign your items, we will enter into an agreement with you, and let you know when your items will be presented and sold in our auction gallery. Your items will be professionally marketed, in print and/or on the internet, to achieve the highest value for you. Your items will also be professionally exhibited in our gallery for preview prior to the auction.
