Updated Shipping & Pick-Up Policies
During COVID-19 Outbreak
As our statewide response to the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we want to make you aware of some changes to our shipping and pick-up policies for your purchases in our March 21, 2020 Asian Decorative Arts auction.
We will continue to make pick-up arrangements for buyers and third-party shippers by appointment. Please call or email us directly at least 24 hrs. in advance of your proposed pick-up date and time to request an appointment with our front office for a pick-up time that will enable us to limit the number of persons on gallery premises and maintain social distancing. Rmember to consult your state travel and quarantine advisories before planning your pick-ups, as these may impact whether you or your shippers will be able to come to our gallery.
For bidders from our February 25, 2020 Online Exclusive auction, we are extending our standard 60-day pick-up period to 90 days, in order to encourage our bidders to adhere to statewide stay-at-home guidelines. No storage fees will be charged for items not picked up while the stay at home order persists.
Please contact your third-party shipper directly if you are experiencing delays of items which you have already arranged to ship.
Our 10-day payment period remains in effect, and we encourage our successful bidders from our March 21, 2020 Asian Decorative Art auction to consider early fulfillment of invoices to allow sufficient time for pick-up arrangements to be made.
We are closely monitoring state and national guidelines and orders on how to keep our staff and communities safe at this time and will publish any changes to our shipping and pick-up policies on our website under the Shipping/Payments page.
