This hanging scroll, Autumn Delight  ( Qiuqu Tu ) , was painted by Zhang Daqian in 1935, on the fifth day after the Mid-Autumn Festival of the yihai year. The work belongs to a critical period of artistic maturity in Zhang’s career.
